ARCH Friends Day trip to Strathglass ...

The annual ARCH Friends Day will take place on Saturday 14th May, with an opportunity to explore the privately owned Erchless Castle, a visit to the Chisholm cemetery, and an optional walk to an Iron Age dun. Remembering our Childhood [Strathpeffer] ...

Highland Museum of Childhood, The Old Station, Strathpeffer is hosting a series of events relating to Remembering Our Childhood for the Festival of Museums.

 

Friday 13th May, 11-3: Children´s author Alan Durance will run a session for adults who want to reminisce and share their stories of childhood. Limited places, so please book.

Sat 14th May:

1-1:45: Stories & nursery rhymes for 4-6 year olds.
2-3: Creating stories & poems for 7+ year olds. Alan Durance will also sign books. (please book)

Sun 15th May:

1:30-3: ´Tea and Tales´ party. Listen to stories dand view artwork created over the weekend. Tea & cakes included

Events are free, but donations appreciated.
